I’m Syrian holds a permanent residence in Sweden about four months ago
All know what happened and is happening in Syria for more than 4 years. The violence, terrorism,
violations and atrocities occur every day.
I am very concerned on my family, I want protect them from worsening conflict, life-threatening
events and terrorism.

I have made the request for family reunion and submitted all the required documents – a marriage contract – the birth Documents etc… An appointment for interview at the Swedish Embassy at the end of april.
I was surprised recently that My wife refuses to comes to Sweden (for her own reasons),
But she do not mind giving me the sole custody of the children (8 and 9 years kids) and do not mind to let them travel to join me the in Sweden.

How can i bring my kids to Sweden.

1- What are the procedures that enable me to do that…?
2- What are the required additional documents in this case – such as:sign sole custody of children and anything else’s?
3- Can I attend individually with my kids to the embassy interview?
4- Do must modify the application that submitted previously?

can you help me to get accurate answers to these questions (from the lawyer specialist in immigration family cases).
I hope so, because I am very confused and do not know what to do
